Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name, take physical possession of the goods.

Returning items

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Items should be unworn with tags attached.

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier). Refunds use the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

Return information is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, and you retain all your GDPR rights including access, rectification and erasure.
